This week at Medium of Mixology we’ve got a dessert worth making.
Grab your favorite chocolate or vanilla ice cream (or both) add chocolate chips/chunks and drop in a splash of creme de menthe. Note that creme de menthe syrup from your local supermarket can be used to make this dessert accessible to all ages!

For this week’s cocktail I bring you another new original. It tastes exactly how it sounds.
Raspberry Chocolate Cake
1 oz White Cake Vodka
1 oz Creme de Cacao (White)
Dash of Raspberry Liqueur
Shake ingredients with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.
Let them drink cake!
Well after last week’s Grasshopper I was inspired to make this tasty dessert-style cocktail
Black ‘n’ Raspberry Creme
1 oz Raspberry Liqueur
2-3 oz Heavy Cream
Splash of Blackberry Brandy
Shake together ingredients with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.
Grandma isn’t the only one who drinks a dessert.
Well for today’s cocktail of the week I bring you a classic mix of liqueurs.
1 oz Green Creme de Menthe
1 oz White Creme de Cacao
1 oz Heavy Cream (Whole Milk Used)
Shake all 3 ingredients with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Great with some high quality dark chocolate on the side.
